Epicurean has provided product to commercial clients such as Starbucks, Chipotle, Green Mill and Pizza Hut to name just a few.

MATERIAL

Epicurean works with Richlite, a material manufacturer out of Tacoma Washington, to get the material for our cutting boards and tools. Richlite has been making their woodfiber material since 1940. The material is made up of layers of paper that run through a resin bath and are pressed to a solid material through heat and pressure. An untrimmed sheet shows the layers of paper that have fused to a solid sheet. This process gives the material its natural wood-like feel with the added benefits of high durability. Richlite shares Epicureans heart for ecological and sustainable business practices. Richlite's materials have been tested and approved by the NSF, Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Rain Forest Coallition (RAC)
