mash paddle Overview

Brewers, paddle your mash. Epicurean’s mash paddles are designed with all-grain brewing in mind. Two sizes are available to suit big- and small-scale operations, and will reach the bottom of almost all mash tuns. The hop-shaped holes in the paddle base will allow grain to pass through with no problem, and once you’re done you can hang it up thanks to the hang hole in the handle. And these two-toned paddles look really good hanging on your wall. Although these look and feel like wood, they’re better than wood; our material is non-porous which means they do not harbor any bacteria, and they won’t crack or split after prolonged time in water.

We have created mash paddles for both the home brewer and the micro brewer. Both of these new mash paddles are commercial grade and built to last.

WOOD FEEL • STRONG AS STEEL

These mash paddles have the wood feel but are built like steel. The wood fiber material these are made from have a warm natural feel but will not crack or rot. They are strong like steel but edges will not bend.

FLIGHT SERVER Overview

The Epicurean flight server is a tasting party in a box. This hop-adorned, two-toned flight server lets you offer three samples of beer (or any other beverages you want to feature) to your guests. The included 4oz. glasses sit on a thin, lightweight and durable milled piece of our signature wood fiber. Because it’s made from the same material as the rest of our tools and cutting boards you don’t have to worry about staining or cleanup; toss it in the dishwasher and your work is done.

COASTER 4 PIECE SET

These coasters show off just how much you love beer. Each surface of the four nutmeg-coloredcoasters is deeply milled to reveal one of four slate-colored shapes; a hop cone, a heady pint, a keg, and stalks of grain. The milled shapes hold any condensation or drips to keep your table tops free from rings and discoloration. Although these pack away easily, they’re attractive enough to leave out all the time. Added bonus; they’re dishwasher safe.
